SHIPPING POLICY

 

This Shipping Policy (“Policy”) governs the shipment of products purchased through Party Color House (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By placing an order with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this Policy.

 

1. Shipping Coverage

1.1 Domestic Shipping

We currently ship only within the United States. We do not offer international shipping.

1.2 Order Availability

All orders are subject to product availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities or refuse any order at our sole discretion.

2. Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, destination, and selected shipping method. Promotional offers, including free shipping, may be subject to additional terms and conditions.

3. Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays). Processing begins on the next business day for orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or on holidays.

Processing times may be extended during peak periods, holidays, high order volume, or for customized or special-order items. Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, it may not be modified or canceled.

4. Shipping Methods and Carriers

We utilize third-party shipping carriers to fulfill deliveries. Carrier selection is determined at the Company’s sole discretion. Estimated delivery times are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed.

5. Delivery Estimates and Delays

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on destination and selected shipping method.

The Company is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, holidays, natural events, customs inspections, or any circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email provided at checkout. It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor shipment status using the tracking number provided.

7. Shipping Restrictions

Certain items may be subject to shipping restrictions due to size, weight, or other limitations.

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses unless otherwise specified at checkout.

 

8. Order Changes, Cancellations, and Claims

8.1 Order Changes

Once an order is placed, changes to shipping address, shipping method, or product selection are not guaranteed and may not be possible once processing has begun.

8.2 Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed or shipped.

8.3 Claims for Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items

All claims must be submitted within 7 calendar days of delivery. Claims submitted after this period may not be eligible for review or resolution.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Party Color House shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from shipping delays, delivery failures, or carrier-related issues.
